The service

When a call to your business goes unanswered and reaches the number we assign you, we text the caller on your behalf, run an automated question-and-answer conversation by text, and send you a summary. The assistant is automated and may misunderstand. Always check the full conversation before relying on it.

Price, trial and cancellation

• CA$129 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, after a 14-day free trial. If sales tax applies, it is shown at checkout.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period, and texting stops then. We don't give partial-month refunds unless the law requires them.
• We'll give at least 30 days' email notice before any price change.

Fair use

The plan covers one business location and up to 300 new caller conversations per month. If you regularly need more, we'll contact you to agree on a plan before changing anything. We won't charge overage fees without your agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Only use the service to reply to people who called or texted your business. Don't use it for marketing blasts, and don't import contact lists.
• Make sure the business name and phone number you give us are accurate, and that you're authorized to change the business line's call forwarding.
• Call your leads back yourself. We don't book jobs or quote prices.

No guarantees

Text delivery depends on phone carriers. Some messages may be filtered or delayed, and callers with blocked caller ID or landlines may not receive a text. We don't guarantee any number of leads or jobs. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
